The 2026-27 skating season is just around the corner and registration will be opening on August 15th. See links below for 2026 -27 schedules and pricing for Pre-Canskate, Canskate and Starskate.

Parent and Tot: once again this year we will be offering Parent and Tot on our Sunday 12:20-12:50pm Pre-Canskate class. Spots are limited so if you wish to join your little skater please register them for this session and email info@pickeringskatingclub.ca providing the participating parents name and DOB. The parent will be required to pay the Skate Canada Fee of $65.70. Parents participating in Parent and Tot are required to wear skates and a CSA approved Hockey helmet.
Adult Skaters: if you are an adult skater you are welcome to join any of our sessions but if you feel uncomfortable being on the ice with younger skaters we encourage you to register for the Sunday 12:10 - 1:00 pm Canskate session. This session is usually less busy and we try to organize all of our adult skaters into one group.

Hone Your Skating Skills Through Our Programs

Founded in 1972, Pickering Skating Club is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization offering complete instructional skating programs from learn-to-skate to competitive programs and skills development training for all skating sports.

Pickering Skating Club is the only skating organization in Pickering, Ontario that is sanctioned by Skate Canada. All of our coaches are certified by Skate Canada through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) and have completed first aid training and police clearance checks.
